Section 16.1.1. Section 16.1.1. If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits and other benefits, the 16 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the District who 17 has similar occupational status (Bus Driver can transfer as Bus Driver, Assistant cannot transfer as Bus 18 Driver) and total years of service.
Section 16.1.1. 40 If this District has a different system for computing leave benefits, and other benefits, then the 41 employee shall be granted the same leave benefits and other benefits as an employee in the 42 District who has similar occupational status and total years of service, excepting seniority.
Section 16.1.1. 11 Employees who work five (5) hours or more per day will be paid on a twelve (12) month basis. 12 Employees hired prior to March 1, 2012 who work more than five (5) hours per day have the 13 option of being paid on a ten (10) month or twelve (12) month basis. They must indicate their 14 preference in writing by 4:00 p.m. on September 10th of each year. This decision will remain in 15 effect for the entire school year. Those who do not indicate a preference will be paid as per 16 above language
Section 16.1.1. The evaluation form used shall be reviewed annually by the District and the Association 20 upon the request of either party. Any changes made on the form are subject to negotiations and 21 consultation pursuant to Section 19.2 this Agreement.
Section 16.1.1. 39 Any employee who works an average of four (4) hours per day or more is eligible to earn one (1) 40 additional day of pay to receive training related to educational technology. The training will be 41 determined and provided by the District. Employees who complete the technology training shall 42 document these training hours on a timesheet.
Section 16.1.1. Since the work year for full-time employees averages out to be two hundred sixty one (261) days per 18 year, the parties have agreed that full-time employees shall be paid for two hundred sixty (260) days 19 and shall not have to work one day each school year. That day may be any non-school day, with the 20 supervisor’s approval. Two (2) weeks’ notice will be given, which may be waived by the supervisor.
