Section 213. 18 Any employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during working hours shall 19 be reimbursed for such travel on a per mile basis at the rate of current State reimbursement provided a 20 district vehicle is not available.
Section 213. 14 It is agreed that all daily regular bus routes shall include one-half (1/2) hour per day for pre and post 15 trip inspections, to include fueling and cleaning of the vehicle used, in addition to actual driving time.
Section 213. 38 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 39 parties in writing; provided, however, that the Agreement shall be reopened as necessary to consider the 40 impact of any legislation enacted following execution of this Agreement which may arguably affect the 41 terms and conditions herein or create authority to alter personnel practices in public employment. 42 Insurance shall be negotiated annually by law. Wages shall be adjusted as follows for all classifications 43 on Schedule A’s on September 1st of the second and third years of the agreement as follows: September 44 1, 2017, 1.75% or the percentage of COLA whichever is higher; September 1, 2018, 1.75% or the 45 percentage of COLA whichever is higher.

Section 213. 32 All safety concerns shall first be brought to the employee’s immediate supervisor or the District safety 33 committee, in accordance with School Board Policy. (i.e. Policy 6511)
Section 213. 5 It is agreed that the customary and usual rights, powers, functions and authority of management are vested 6 in management officials of the District. Included in these rights in accordance with applicable laws and 7 regulations are the right to direct the work force, the right to hire, promote, retain, transfer and assign 11 the methods, the means, and the personnel by which such operation is conducted.
