Section 8. Bulletin Board. The Hospital will provide the ONA with a bulletin board in 13 each break room and (1) (approximately one-third (1/3) the size of the bulletin board 14 currently shared with the other two (2) unions in the hospital) to be located near the staff 15 elevators for posting materials relevant to its role as the representative of the bargaining 16 unit. Materials for posting shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department for 17 review. Any questions concerning the propriety of materials shall be resolved prior to 18 posting. An ONA suggestion box of acceptable dimensions will also be available as 19 provided by the ONA. The Hospital will provide a Union bulletin board for the Home 20 Health Department.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
