Break Room. The School shall provide a breakroom for employees’ use. The breakroom shall have space, table and chairs sufficient to accommodate approximately the same number of people that the current breakroom (i.e., Fall, 2018) can accommodate. It shall have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, phone and bulletin board, a portion of which shall be reserved for the exclusive use of the Union for Union-related material.
Break Room. A break room shall be constructed at the approximate location as set forth on Exhibit "A" and include:
(a) Sink, countertop, and extension of electrical services for microwave, coffee machines, vending machines and other standard break room necessities;
(b) Vinyl floor in this area is acceptable;
(c) Lessor shall install double glass windows in a location as directed by Lessee to view the production process;
(d) Break room shall accommodate male/female rest rooms with a minimum of two (2) toilets in the female bathroom and a toilet and urinal in the male bathroom; and
(e) Lessor shall provide a new wall air conditioner in break room.
Break Room. This CO consists of adding a 65” display and NVX decoder to route content from the Dispatch Room. • Displays & Mounts: • DataVox will provide and install (1) 65” Sony 24/7 rated 4K display mounted on a Chief tilt wall mount.
Break Room. An adequate break room for the purpose of rest and lunch periods shall be provided for use by all the associates.
Break Room. City will make every effort to maintain the existing break rooms located throughout the City facilities. In the event the City needs to use a break room for any other purpose, the City agrees to meet and confer with the Union.

Break Room. Break Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor will be delivered in as-is condition with all fixtures and finishes to be in good order and repair. HVAC: HVAC distribution will be reconfigured as needed per the Plans and will remain sufficient for standard office use. Any specialized HVAC requirements for Tenant’s equipment will be at Tenant’s sole expense. Existing fixtures to remain, and any new fixtures will match existing. Any specialty fixtures shall be at the cost of the tenant. Install new switches and outlets as needed due to new partitions work, and provided in a similar standard as existing office conditions. The minimum requirement for offices is two duplex outlets and one ring/string for tel/data. Standard electrical distribution will also be provided for all conference rooms, team rooms and huddle rooms. Exit Signs Per code. Adequate devices for typical office layout. Window Blinds: Existing to remain, provided that any blinds that are not in good operating condition will be replaced by Landlord.
