Section 8.14.2. 5 Extended Learning Opportunity (ELO) assignments shall be made by seniority to qualified in- 6 building paraeducators on an annual basis. School year assignments expected to run more than 7 six (6) weeks will be counted as a regular assignment.
Section 8.14.2. 18 If no regular employee fills the leave of absence position, a substitute driver may be assigned 19 for a specific period of time. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to inform the 20 substitute driver on the replacement route of the status and anticipated length of employment 21 limitations to the best of its knowledge. The substitute driver fill-in for the on-leave employee 22 shall have no bumping rights and no guarantee of employment.
