  • HOURS AND WORK SCHEDULES 1. The basic department, agency or other operational unit work schedules and practices, including work schedules or practices peculiar to particular classes, in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, shall not be changed without the employer informing MSEA-SEIU in advance and negotiating the impact of such changes, if requested, on the affected employees.
