Common use of Security and Related Monitoring Equipment Clause in Contracts

Security and Related Monitoring Equipment. The Employer shall advise the Union and all affected employees of the location of security cameras and/or other related monitoring equipment used for the general safety and/or security of the worksite(s) and/or employees prior to the installation of such equipment. This provision shall not apply to the investigation or surveillance of employees suspected of serious misconduct and/or illegal conduct.
