Security Screening and Standards for Pier Open Space. Notwithstanding Tenant’s obligation to permit and facilitate the general public access to the Pier Open Space in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, Tenant may subject the general public to the same security screening procedure and security standard as that imposed on patrons and invitees of the Museum, and may deny entry to members of the general public who refuse to undergo such screening or fail to satisfy such security standard.

  • Standards for Network Elements 1.8.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements set forth in the technical references, as well as any performance or other requirements identified in this Agreement, to the extent that they are consistent with the greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industry standards.
