Seed. This work consists of furnishing and placing required seed mix on all areas disturbed under this contract and on any other areas specified.

Seed. If any remedial seed is requested within the mitigation habitat, County will purchase all seed to be installed by Contractor.

Seed. The seed to be applied shall be certified recleaned seed of the latest crop. The seed shall be delivered in the standard size bags of the vendor, showing species, weight, germination and purity. Specified seed quantities listed on the Seed Mixtures chart refer to pure live seed. Delivery tickets, labels or other evidence of amounts and locations of seed applied shall be supplied to the Company Inspector.

Seed. The seed mix/mixes shall be as noted in the Table 13/1, selected to meet the specific design and site requirements prevalent. Mixtures can be modified to meet specific design/ecological requirements as shown on the contract drawings.

Seed. Customer represents and warrants that all grain sold pursuant to this Agreement has not been grown from, comingled with or otherwise exposed to seed which has not received full and final approval for importation and use from the applicable authorities in the United States, Japan, Mexico, and other export markets. Seed Species: Rebel fescue or similar hybrid seed. C. Seed Species: Seed of grass species as follows, with not less than 95 percent germination, not less than 85 percent pure seed, and not more than 0.5 percent weed seed: D. Sod: Locally grown fescue with less than 20% bluegrass or other grass. No Bermuda grass.

Furnish weed-free seed, with additional requirement that no seed containing any prohibited noxious weed seed, or any restricted noxious weed seed in excess of current state standards. Weeds are defined in the current publication commonly referred to as the "All States Noxious Weed List" while the standards for prohibited and restricted noxious weeds are to be found in the appropriate state law or regulations. Seed. The Contractor shall supply seed mixture as specified below, which shall be approved by the Contractor Administrator. Seed is to have a germination capacity of not less than 80% and purity of mixture of not less than 90%. The Contractor is to supply the Contractor Administrator with a certificate of purity prior to sowing. Seed Mixture -
