Select Board. If no satisfactory resolution is made in Step 2, the aggrieved employee shall submit the grievance to the Select Board. The Selectmen shall, upon receipt of the written grievance, consider same and notify the employee and Union of its final and binding decision within fifteen (15) days.

Select Board. If the decision of the department head is found to be unsatisfactory, or if no decision has been rendered during the time period specified above, either party may within ten (10) calendar days appeal in writing to the Select Board. The appeal shall contain the same information as required in Section 10.2, above. The Select Board shall conduct their first hearing session regarding the grievance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of its receipt, and shall render its decision in writing within fifteen (15) days from the close of their final hearing date.
Select Board. If the Town Manager’s decision is unsatisfactory, the employee/Union may, within ten (10) days after receipt of the Step 2 decision, forward it to the Select Board for action. The Select Board shall convene a hearing in executive session with the parties within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the grievance. The Select Board shall render a decision in writing, within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting with the aggrieved employee/Union. A copy of the decision will be provided to both the employee[s] and the employee's representative.

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
