Common use of Self-Assigned Employees Clause in Contracts

Self-Assigned Employees. It is agreed and understood that certain types or categories of work do not lend themselves to a regular schedule. Employees occupying these categories will be designated as self-assigned. A list of all self-assigned employees will be provided to the union no less than twice each calendar year.
