Senior Constable. There shall be a Senior Constable classification that will be paid at 1.5% above the First Class Constable rate. To qualify for the Senior Constable rate a First Class Constable must meet the following criteria:

Senior Constable. Effective January there will be a Senior Constable classification which will be paid at above the First Class Classification and Salary Schedule and Service Schedule Constable rate. To qualify for the Senior Constable rate, a First Class Constable must meet the following criteria: 1) ten (10) years or more of service; and,
Senior Constable. Senior Constable" (Level I) shall mean a Constable with eight (8) or more years of service from a combination of continuous service as a Constable with the City and/or continuous eligible experience as outlined in 8.06 and who remains in the continuous employ of the City and is qualified for promotion in accordance with the provisions under Article 9 Promotions of this Agreement.

Senior Constable. To be eligible and to remain eligible for this classification, a constable shall qualify according to the following criteria: A first class constable who has completed ten (10) years with this Service; Full and satisfactory annual assessment in accordance with Regional Police Services performance appraisal; Passed the examination for Sergeant as per Ontario Police College standards once. All members who are currently qualified for promotion will automatically qualify under this criterion; Where a constable, within the twelve (12) months preceding the date would otherwise qualify for Senior Constable pay, has been convicted of misconduct under the Police Services Act for which the confirmed penalty was the forfeiture of more than forty (40)hours pay or leave or suspension without pay for more than forty (40)hours, eligibility to receive Senior Constable pay shall be immediately revoked; Where a Senior Constable has been convicted of misconduct under the Police Services Act for which the confirmed penalty was the forfeiture of more than forty (40)hours pay or leave or suspension without pay for more than hours, eligibility to receive Senior Constable pay shall be immediately revoked. /ASSOCIATION Where a constable has lost eligibility through a Police Services Act conviction with a penalty in excess of hours, she may be re-instated upon a full and satisfactory performance assessment with the recommendation of the Chief of Police.

  • ICIF Construction The ICIF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, Interconnection Customer shall deliver to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the ICIF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Generating Facility and the ICIF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the ICIF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the ICIF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • Agreement Construction Headings or captions to the provisions of this Agreement are solely for the convenience of the parties, are not part of this Agreement, and shall not be used to interpret or determine the validity of this Agreement. Any ambiguity in this Agreement shall not be construed against the drafter, but rather the terms and provisions hereof shall be given their reasonable interpretation.

  • No Construction Against Drafter The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement and all the terms and conditions contained herein have been fully reviewed and negotiated by the Parties.   • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.
