Seniority During Involuntary Unpaid Status. Upon return to work all time during which an individual is in involuntary unpaid status shall be counted for seniority purposes not to exceed thirty-nine (39) months, except that during such time the individual will not accrue vacation, sick leave, holidays or other leave benefits.
