Common use of Seniority Lost Clause in Contracts

Seniority Lost. Seniority will be lost when an employee: i) receives severance pay in accordance with this agreement under Article 18.09 ii) voluntarily terminates their employment iii) is discharged for just and reasonable cause

Seniority Lost. Seniority will be lost when an employee: i(a) receives severance pay in accordance with this agreement under Article 18.09agreement; ii(b) voluntarily terminates their employment iiihis/her employment; (c) is discharged for just and reasonable cause; (d) is on layoff more than 12 consecutive months; (e) he/she does not return to work on the date specified following an approved leave of absence other than medical.

Seniority Lost. Seniority will be lost when an employee: i) i. receives severance pay in accordance with this agreement Agreement under Article 18.0915.07; ii) . voluntarily terminates their employment his/her employment; iii) . is discharged for just and reasonable cause; iv. is recalled to work and does not report to work as per recall procedure; v. he/she does not return to work on the date specified following an approved leave of absence other than medical; vi. is on lay-off in excess of ten (10) consecutive months or the length of any Hotel renovations, whichever is longer.
