Common use of SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. Individuals hired by the employer into a unit position shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve (12) months of their employment. When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the original date of hire. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. Individuals (a) New employees hired by in the employer into a unit position shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve ninety (1290) months calendar days of their employment. When an employee finishes has finished the probationary period, he/she he shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the original date of hireninety (90) days prior to the day he completed the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

When an employee finishes employees finish the probationary period, he/she their names shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and their seniority shall rank for seniority start from the original date of hireday one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to the day they complete the probationary period and they shall be entitled to fringe benefits under this agreement after ninety (90) calendar days. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and 7 shall rank for seniority from the original date day thirty (30) days of hirework prior to the day he completes the probationary 8 period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. Individuals SECTION 1. New employees hired by the employer into a in this unit position shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve six (126) months of their continuous employment. When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the original six (6) months prior to the date of hirehe/she completed the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

When an employee finishes the probationary period, by accumulating sixty-five (65) days of employment, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit and shall rank for seniority from the original date of hire. There shall be no seniority among day sixty-five (65) scheduled working days prior to the day he/she completes the probationary employeesperiod.

SENIORITY - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES. A. Individuals (a) New employees hired by in the employer into a unit position shall be considered as probationary employees for the first twelve one-hundred eighty (12180) months calendar days of their employment. The 180 days' probationary period shall be accumulated within not more than one (1) year. When an employee finishes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list by accumulating 180 days of the unit and employment within not more than one (1) year, he shall rank for seniority from the original date of hireday 180 days prior to the day he completes the probationary period. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.

There shall be no seniority among probationary employees. Sick leave and personal leave benefits do not apply during the probationary period.

When an employee finishes completes the probationary period, he/she shall be entered on the seniority list of the unit bargaining unit, and shall rank for employee seniority from the original date of hireday he/she entered into employment with the City. There shall be no seniority among probationary employees.
