Seniority Rights of Non-Bargaining Unit Employees. An employee who is or has been transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit shall, during the time the employee holds the non-bargaining unit position, retain but not accrue additional seniority credit for all time spent in the service of the Employer. The Employer may, in its sole discretion, determine wages, hours, and conditions of employment for non- bargaining unit employees, including whether such employees may be terminated or transferred back into the bargaining unit. Former bargaining unit employees transferred back into the bargaining unit may exercise their seniority to obtain work in the bargaining unit and any of the preferences or benefits provided by this Agreement.
