Flex Day Schedule. The College may, for good cause shown in advance, allow an employee to flex their schedule within a work week to accommodate an occasional medical or dental appointment, Association business, non-mandatory education or training opportunity, or similar need which cannot be taken care of outside of the employee's normal work schedule.

Flex Day Schedule. A secretary’s work schedule may be altered on any one work day to accommodate an occasional medical or dental appointment or other similar need which can not be scheduled outside of the secretary’s established work schedule. For example, if a normal daily work schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the schedule could be changed to 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The modified work schedule may not begin earlier than 6 a.m. or continue beyond 7 p.m. The timelines in this section do not affect the scheduling of required overtime work per Article XXI.
Flex Day Schedule. The College may, for good cause shown in advance, allow an employee to flex their schedule to accommodate an occasional medical or dental appointment, Association business, non-mandatory education or training opportunity, or similar need which cannot be taken care of outside of the employee’s normal work schedule, without regard to the other provisions of this Article. Flexing will normally occur within a work week, but the College may allow flexing between work weeks or pay periods, provided no overtime is incurred and no budgetary item is exceeded. Employee concerns that such reasonable requests have been unreasonably denied may be discussed in Special Conferences in accordance with Article XIX.B.

  • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement. 35.2. Subject to the provisions of Part B, Section 4 of this Agreement, all rates provided under this Agreement shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.
