Evaluation Conclusion. All performance reviews shall be reduced to writing and a copy given to the bargaining unit member within 10 days of the performance review conference with the Administrative Supervisor. If the bargaining unit member disagrees with the performance review, a written response may be generated which shall be attached to the file copy of the performance review in question. If a Supervisory Administrator provides an overall rating of “Needs Improvement” or “Unsatisfactory,” the reasons therefore shall be set forth in specific terms, and include the specific ways in which the bargaining unit member is to improve, and of any assistance to be given by the Administrative Supervisor towards that improvement.
