Seniority Tie-Breaking. (a) Where two (2) or more Employees have the same seniority date, the Union will conduct a random ordering to produce individual ranking of seniority. (b) Order of seniority established through the application of this Article shall continue in force and effect thereafter.

(b) Where a new Employee hired into the bargaining unit brings the same seniority date as Employees already in the bargaining unit, such Employee will be placed as the least senior of those Employees sharing the same seniority date.
