Common use of - Separation Allowances Clause in Contracts

- Separation Allowances. (a) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

(a) Where an employee resigns within 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice of layoff lay- off pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii9.08 (a) (ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii9.08 (a) (ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. - Separation Allowances. (a) Where an employee resigns within one month (30 days days) after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(iiparagraph 1(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' pay, pay and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,0003,000.00) dollars. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 days one (1) month after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(iiparagraph 1(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, and on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,2501,250.00) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii9.09(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. (ac) Where an employee resigns within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii9.08(A)(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve sixteen (1216) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars. (a) Where an employee resigns resigned within 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice of layoff lay-off pursuant to article 9.08(a)(iiArticle 8.01 (a) (ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or he/she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' weeks salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve sixteen (1216) weeks' weeks pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve sixteen (1216) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(iiArticle 8.01 (a) (ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or he/she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' weeks salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. - Separation Allowances. (ai) Where an employee resigns and leaves the employ of the Employer within 30 days after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(ii) Article 9.06 that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' salary for each year of continuous service up to a maximum of twelve sixteen (1216) weeks' pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) dollars). (bii) Where an employee resigns later than 30 days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii) 9.06 that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250) dollars)."

- Separation Allowances. Where an employee with one (I) year seniority resigns later than 30 days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 thirty (30) days after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii8.01 (a) (ii) that his or her position will be eliminated, he or he/she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' weeks salary, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250) dollars."

- Separation Allowances. - Separation Allowances. (a) Where an employee resigns within 30 days one (1) month (thirty (30) days) after receiving notice of layoff pursuant to article 9.08(a)(iiArticle 12.10 (a)(ii) that his or his/her position will be eliminated, he or he/she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of two (2) weeks' weeks salary for each year of continuous service to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks' weeks pay, and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) dollars3000). (b) Where an employee resigns later than 30 days one (1) month after receiving notice pursuant to Article 9.08(a)(ii12.10 (a) (ii) that his or his/her position will be eliminated, he or he/she shall be entitled to a separation allowance of four (4) weeks' salary, weeks salary and, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, within twelve (12) months of resignation, may be reimbursed for tuition fees up to a maximum of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250) dollars1250)."
