Sergeants Pay. On January 1, 2021, the Sergeant’s premium pay shall be 18.0% above the Police Officer’s top- step wage rate. Sergeants Pay. Sergeants shall receive additional compensation as outlined in Appendix A in the wage schedule and shall maintain the differential.
