Service Increase. Employees may be awarded a service increase upon satisfactory completion of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of regular consecutive service. The increase will be effective on the first day of the month after the anniversary date (i.e.; if the anniversary date is January 13, the award will be effective February 1).   • Price Increase/Decrease No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the price agreement. If the City Manager at any time determines that it is in the City's interest, he may assign an employee to a higher rate within the salary range fixed for the classification.
