Service Increase. Employees may be awarded a service increase upon satisfactory completion of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of regular consecutive service. The increase will be effective on the first day of the month after the anniversary date (i.e.; if the anniversary date is January 13, the award will be effective February 1). The increase will be $750 after 10 years; $850 after 15 years; $1,000 after 20 years; $1300 after 25 years; and $1500 after 30 years. (To be prorated for less than full time employees).   • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • General Wage Increases Effective and retroactive to July 1, 2021, the annual base salary shall be increased by 2.5% for all active employees. 2.5% shall be extended and retroactive to employees who retired and terminated/separated in good standing with 10 years or more of state service on or after 07/01/2021.   • Increase in Hours When additional hours are assigned to a part-time position on a regular basis, the assignment shall be offered to the employee in the appropriate class with the greatest bargaining unit seniority. If the senior employee declines the assignment, it shall be offered to the remaining employees in the class in descending order of bargaining unit seniority until the assignment is made.
