Services and License. (a) Issuance of Certificate(s): Upon receipt of Your application for Certificate Services, Entrust or a subcontractor acting on behalf of Entrust will perform limited verification (as described in the CPS) of the information submitted by Enterprise. After completing such verification, Entrust may issue You or Your Affiliates (if applicable) one or more Certificate(s) (depending on the amount of Subscription Fees You have paid) as described in the CPS. If Entrust issues Certificate(s) services to You or Your Affiliates (if applicable), Entrust will make such Certificate(s) available for retrieval.
Services and License. After completing such verification, Entrust Datacard may issue You or Your Affiliates (if applicable) one or more Certificate(s) (depending on the amount of Subscription Fees You have paid) as described in the CPS. If Entrust Datacard issues Certificate(s) services to You or Your Affiliates (if applicable), Entrust Datacard will make such Certificate(s) available for retrieval.
Services and License. As an independent contractor, Europosters, acting under your instructions in relation to the performance of marketplace services and license granted by you, will:
(i) market products to customers; (ii) obtain orders from customers for the purchase of products over the website; (iii) arrange for third parties to fulfill those orders by facilitating payment for and manufacture of products (“Services”). Moreover, Europosters will arrange for the delivery of products according to the customer’s instructions. You grant Europosters a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive license to use your intellectual property relating to products in order to perform the Services. You hereby acknowledge that Europosters is free to provide Services to any other person interested in our Services, notwithstanding, their content and related products may be the same as, or similar to, your content and related products. You acknowledge that Europosters makes no representation of any kind that it will be able to procure an order of products nor that you will obtain any benefit or any intended results from entering this agreement.
Services and License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you access to the Platform through our mobile application(s) (the “App”) and/or our website for Creators that is available at xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Website”) to use our Services. If you access the Services via our App, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and nontransferable license during the Term to: (a) download, install, and use the App for your use in accordance with these Terms on a single mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you (“Mobile Device”), and (b) access, stream, download and use on such Mobile Device content and Services made available in or otherwise accessible through the App in accordance with these Terms. Some or all of the Services’ functionality may not work with all carriers or mobile devices. By accessing the Services on a Mobile Device, you agree that we may communicate with you by push notifications, text message, or other electronic means to such Mobile Device and that certain information about your usage of the Services through the Mobile Device may be communicated to us.
Services and License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the VOW Policy and Rules, TREB will provide to Member or AVP, if operating Member’s VOW(s) on behalf of Member, a VOW Datafeed to Member or AVP, solely and exclusively for the Purpose (“Services”). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TREB hereby grants to Member and AVP, if operating Member’s VOW(s) on behalf of Member, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to use such Listing Information as may be provided to Member or AVP through the VOW Datafeed solely and exclusively for the Purpose.

(a) Issuance of Entrust Certificate(s): Upon receipt of Your application for Entrust Certificate(s), Entrust or Registration Authority (“RA”) will perform limited verification (as described in the CPS) of the information submitted by Subscriber. After completing such verification, Entrust may issue You one or more Entrust Certificate(s) (depending on the amount of Subscription Fees You have paid). If Entrust issues Entrust Certificate(s) services to You, Entrust will make such Entrust Certificate(s) available for retrieval.
Services and License. 3.1. Issuance and Revocation of Certificate(s). Upon receipt of an application for Certificate Services, Entrust will perform limited verification (as described in the CPS) of the information submitted by Enterprise. After completing such verification, Entrust may issue Customer or Customer Affiliates (if applicable) one or more Certificate(s) (depending on the amount of Subscription Fees Customer has paid) as described in the CPS. If Entrust issues Certificate(s) services to Customer or Customer Affiliates (if applicable), Entrust will make such Certificate(s) available for retrieval. Entrust is entitled to revoke a Certificate it has issued if revocation is requested by Customer, upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, or for any other reason identified for revocation in this Agreement, the CPS or the Industry Standards.
Services and License. 2.1. Products; Purpose. Enformion provides Enformion Products. Customer hereby agrees to use the Enformion Products for the sole purpose as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Purpose”).

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, KWAR hereby grants to IDX Data Subscriber Third Party Service Provider, if operating Subscriber Website on behalf of IDX Data Subscriber, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to use such IDX Data as may be provided to IDX Data Subscriber or Third Party Service Provider through the IDX Datafeed strictly and exclusively for the Purpose.
