Services Initial Service. Our first meeting - Analysis of your requirements and financial review - Our second meeting detailing advice and recommendations - Implementation. As part of this process, we will: • First meeting - Gather information about your current situation, your requirements and objectives, your short and long term goals, what service you can expect from us, how much our advice costs, risk profiling - working out the correct risk preference for you. • Analysis of your requirements - Information gathering from current providers, research for suitable solutions, a suitability report containing a summary of your current circumstances and objectives plus our advice and recommendations. • Second meeting - Discuss all of the outcomes and options, presentation of suitability report and answer questions so that you have all the information on order to make a decision on your next steps. • Implementation - Handle all the associated documentation and administration, deal with any queries you might have, or which are raised by the product provider and / or third parties (in the case of transfers). • Ensure the final product documentation is prepared in accordance with your instructions and is issued in a timely fashion; and keep you appropriately informed throughout the process. Related to Services Initial Service

  • INITIAL SERVICE Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2012, at which time the SCEG06-010 30, 2009, shall terminate.

  • Residential Services Programs or services for a youth that is in placement, if the cost of the program or service is not included in the cost per day. If the cost of the program or service is included in the cost per day, it should be categorized as a placement cost and not as a separate residential program or service cost.

  • Essential Services For purposes of service restoral, Embarq shall designate a CLEC access line as an Essential Service Line (ESL) at Parity with Embarq’s treatment of its own end users and applicable state law or regulation, if any.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Custodial Services The charges and expenses of the custodian appointed by the Trust for custodial services;

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Contracted Services The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Employer, directly or indirectly under the Contract or sub-Contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or employees who shall become members. The terms and conditions of employment for all of these employees will be those set out in this Collective Agreement and all employees will be covered under the terms and conditions of a single Collective Agreement.
