SET UP AND TEAR DOWN. COUNTY shall ensure that the meeting spaces are set up to instructor specification for each class session. COUNTY will move furniture, resources, and materials back to assigned spaces after the end of each session.

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN. The space user shall prepare their own set up and finish their clean up within their scheduled time, unless otherwise agreed in writing by STH. All furniture and equipment shall be replaced or stored in their original locations. All areas shall be kept clean of any debris or garbage.
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN. The Artists will arrive 1 hour prior to the performance start time, in order to set up their equipment. If the Employer expects them to be earlier than this for any reason, the Employer agrees that additional fees may be charged. Once the performance is complete, the Artists may begin tearing down their equipment. If the Artists are not able to do so for any reason, and are substantially delayed, the Artists reserve the right to charge additional fees at overtime rates
