Setting of Rates. The Lender's Carrying Cost Interest Rate and Supplemental Carrying Charges used hereunder to compute Loan Interest due on each Loan made hereunder on each Payment Date and the Supplemental Interest due on each Payment Date shall be calculated from time to time by the Lender in accordance with this Agreement (and written notice thereof shall be provided to AESOP Leasing not later than ten days prior to the applicable Payment Date). Such calculation shall be conclusive, absent demonstrable error.

Setting of Rates. Interest rates hereunder shall be calculated from time to time by the Administrative Agent and each such calculation of an interest rate shall be conclusive and binding on the Borrower in the absence of manifest error. Any change in the Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin resulting from a change in the Borrower's public ratings shall be effective on the date such public rating change is announced.

Setting of Rates. 6.1 The issuing designated operator shall set the price of postal payment services.
6.2 Charges may be added to this price for any optional or supplementary service required by the sender.
Setting of Rates. The District shall have the exclusive authority to set, adjust, and collect reasonable fees at reasonable rates for the services provided under this Agreement, subject to the terms addressing rate setting within this Agreement. Such rates shall be determined based on the cost of providing services, necessary operational improvements, and maintaining a reserve for contingencies.
