SHARED SOLUTIONS COMMITTEE. The Shared Solutions Committee consists of two members of the Board of Education, the superintendent and up to four District Administrators designated by the Superintendent, the Worthington Education Association (WEA) president and up to four WEA representatives as designated by the WEA president, Worthington Educational Support Association (XXXX) president and other XXXX staff members designated by the XXXX president in accordance with the terms of their agreement with the Board. The designated Committee Members shall be identified before the first scheduled Shared Solutions Committee meeting each year. The Shared Solutions Committee will meet not less than once per month (unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the presidents of both associations and the Superintendent) to consider issues of mutual concern regarding school operations and such other matters as are committed to the consideration of the Shared Solutions Committee by this Agreement.

SHARED SOLUTIONS COMMITTEE. A. The Shared Solutions Committee consists of the Superintendent, the NELASE president, two (2) persons designated by the NELASE president, and two (2) persons designated by the superintendent. The Shared Solutions Committee will meet not less than once bi-monthly to consider issues of mutual concern. The Administration and the Association agree to use no more than two (2) Shared Solutions Committee meetings during the 2019-2020 Contract year to discuss concerns of the Association regarding changes to the bargaining unit which may occur as a result of new building restructuring. The administration agrees to listen to such concerns, however the administration shall have the exclusive right to determine needs, including but not limited to staffing needs with regard to the new building restructuring.

  • Negotiations Committee H.3 At all negotiations meetings with the Employer representatives for a renewal of this Agreement, the Union may be represented by a negotiations committee composed of five (5) bargaining unit members. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.

  • Employee Relations Committee ‌ The parties agree to an Employee Relations Committee (E.R.C.) to address issues of concern to both employees and the Employer.   • Central      Committee In future central bargaining between Service Employees Union and the participating hospitals, an employee serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to the point of arbitration. Upon reference to arbitration, the Negotiating Committee members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings. It is understood and agreed that the maximum number of Union Central Negotiating Committee members entitled to payment under this provision shall be eight, and in no case will more than one employee from a hospital be entitled to such payment. The Union shall advise the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee, before negotiations commence, of those employees to be paid under this provision. The Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee shall advise the eight hospitals accordingly. It is understood that this clause does not apply to a hospital that is not participating in Central Bargaining.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
