Sharing Your Information With Third Parties. We will disclose information to third parties about your Serve Temporary Card or your Serve Account, or transactions you make: (i) where it is necessary for completing transactions; (ii) in order to verify the existence and condition of your Serve Temporary Card, Serve Personalized Card, or Serve Account for ourselves or for a third party, such as a credit bureau or Merchant; (iii) in order to verify your identity or any accounts you hold (including wireless service accounts); (iv) in order to comply with government agency or court orders; (v) if you give us your written permission; or (vi) in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Privacy Statement, which can be found on the Website. We may disclose your first name, last name and email address to the individual or user that you are seeking to transact with or are transacting with via Serve. For example, if you initiate a Request Money transaction, we will share your first and last name and email address with the individual or user you are requesting the money from. We may also show your name in that user’s transaction history. Additionally, we may share your address and contact information with a Merchant from whom you purchased goods/services using the Serve Account to allow the Merchant to process your order and perform any related customer service function.

Sharing Your Information With Third Parties. Munibrokers may make User’s personally identifiable information (including contact and billing information) available to third parties participating in the Service that are authorized by User. Munibrokers may disclose User’s personally identifiable information to its service providers that is necessary to provide technical support or other services to Munibrokers related to the Service. All such third parties are subject to confidentiality obligations and may only access and utilize User’s data for purposes of fulfilling their obligations to Munibrokers. Munibrokers may provide or sell aggregate statistics and non-attributed data about User, other users, online traffic patterns and related information to third parties. If a third party acquires the assets of Munibrokers related to the Service and its products and services (whether by sale, merger, change of control, bankruptcy or otherwise), User’s personally identifiable information may be transferred to the new owner(s). In such case, User’s information would remain subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy that was in effect immediately prior to the transfer unless Munibrokers provides User notice otherwise.

  • COOPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES The Contractor shall be responsible for fully cooperating with any third party, including but not limited to other Contractors or Subcontractors of the Authorized User, as necessary to ensure delivery or performance of Product.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION 3.1 Except as otherwise required by law, CenturyLink will not provide or establish Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services and/or resale of Telecommunications Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to CLEC's execution of this Agreement. The Parties shall complete CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire," as it applies to CLEC's obtaining of Interconnection, Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder. 3.2 Prior to placing any orders for services under this Agreement, the Parties will jointly complete the following sections of CenturyLink's "New Customer Questionnaire:" General Information Billing and Collection (Section 1) Credit Information Billing Information Summary Billing OSS and Network Outage Notification Contact Information System Administration Contact Information Ordering Information for LIS Trunks, Collocation, and Associated Products (if CLEC plans to order these services) Design Layout Request – LIS Trunking and Unbundled Loop (if CLEC plans to order these services) 3.2.1 The remainder of this questionnaire must be completed within two (2) weeks of completing the initial portion of the questionnaire. This questionnaire will be used to: Determine geographical requirements; Identify CLEC identification codes; Determine CenturyLink system requirements to support CLEC's specific activity; Collect credit information; Obtain Billing information; Create summary bills; Establish input and output requirements; Create and distribute CenturyLink and CLEC contact lists; and Identify CLEC hours and holidays. 3.2.2 CLECs that have previously completed a Questionnaire need not fill out a New Customer Questionnaire; however, CLEC will update its New Customer Questionnaire with any changes in the required information that have occurred and communicate those changes to CenturyLink. Before placing an order for a new product, CLEC will need to complete the relevant New Product Questionnaire and amend this Agreement.

Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
