SHIFT AND WEEKEND DIFFERENTIAL. 21.1. An employee who works at least four (4) hours of his/her regularly scheduled eight- hour shift within the second or third shift as defined in subsection 21.a. or 21.b., below, shall be paid, in addition to his/her base salary, the following shift differential premium for all the hours worked during that shift:
