Common use of Shift Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Shift Cancellation. If a nurse is cancelled by the Employer from the entire scheduled shift with less than twelve (12) hours notice of the commencement of such shift, he/she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours regular pay.

Shift Cancellation. If a any nurse is cancelled by the Employer from the entire scheduled shift with less than twelve twenty four (1224) hours notice of the commencement of such shift, he/their assigned duties she shall be paid a minimum of two three (23) hours regular pay at the applicable rate of pay. Notice will be left on the employee’s work voice mail.

Shift Cancellation. If a nurse is cancelled by the Employer from the entire scheduled shift with less than twelve (12) hours notice of the commencement of such shift, he/she they shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours regular pay.

Shift Cancellation. If a part-time or casual nurse is cancelled by the Employer from the entire scheduled shift with less than twelve (12) hours notice of the commencement of such shift, he/she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours hors regular pay.
