Shop Inspector. Must, as a minimum, possess the qualifications of a Mechanic, in the category concerned, plus sufficient knowledge of materials, specifications and blueprint reading in order to appraise against approved standards all repaired, overhauled or fabricated parts or units in his respective field.

Shop Inspector. Promotional Bulletins addressed to those employees who hold the qualifications of a mechanic in the category concerned who meet the requirement of Article 4.03.04. Selection will be on the basis of basic category seniority and in accordance with Article 16.11.05 and Letter of Understanding No. 4.
Shop Inspector. A Shop Inspector shall be an employee assigned at Maintenance Base shops to the inspecting, approving or rejecting of materials, parts, sub-assemblies and complete assemblies including engines where such inspection is not performed by other employees as provided for in this Agreement, but shall not include inspection of complete aircraft. Shop Inspectors must hold valid Federal licenses for their assign- ment as set forth in Article V of this Agreement and must fulfill their duties as Shop Inspectors in a satisfactory manner and must have satisfactorily passed the Company's Shop Inspector Examination applicable to the shop in which the Shop Inspector is to be assigned prior to the date of promotion and the results of any Shop Inspector Examination shall be open to inspection by the Local Committee. An employee may not re-take the Examination until ninety (90) days from the date of his previous examination. Shop Inspectors may be required to perform Mechanics' work to the extent necessary to complete the inspection of parts and assemblies and to fill out their work schedule when inspection work is not available.
Shop Inspector. Must possess the qualifications of a mechanic and hold a Certification Authority for the area in which the inspection is required. Within thirty (30) days of filling the position, must have successfully passed the Company’s applicable Quality Assurance Department examination and must within a period of six (6) months in the Inspector’s position have proven their ability to fulfill their duties in a satisfactory manner. Failure to prove their ability will result in employees being returned to their former position.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • INSPECTION/TESTING All Products sold pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to inspection/testing by or at the direction of H- GAC and/or the ordering Customer, either at the delivery destination or the place of manufacture. In the event a Product fails to meet or exceed all requirements of this Agreement, and unless otherwise agreed in advance, the cost of any inspection and/or testing, will be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Contractor Hearing Board 1. If there is evidence that the Contractor may be subject to debarment, the Department will notify the Contractor in writing of the evidence which is the basis for the proposed debarment and will advise the Contractor of the scheduled date for a debarment hearing before the Contractor Hearing Board.
