Shop Tools. Special tools necessary for the work of the employees in the occupa- tional classifications covered by this Agreement shall be supplied by the Commission. Employees who have spent a minimum of three consecutive months in the eligible group in the twelve-month period ending September 15 each year will be eligible for a Tool Allowance pro-rated to the nearest complete month on the following basis:
1. Job classifications where incumbents are required to provide their own tools to be identified.
2. The Department will develop, in consultation with the Union, a list of the tools required for each job classification which cur- rently has a tool list.
3. The value of such tools will be determined by Materials & Pro- curement Department.
4. The list of tools and the value will be reviewed and updated as of July 1 of each year.
5. Incumbents in such a job will receive a tool allowance of 9% of the retail value of their required tool kit.
6. The Commission will continue to supply tools where this practice is currently in effect.
7. Whenever tools are added to any tool list, every employee af- fected must purchase the tool(s) within sixty days. Management reserves the right to inspect the new tools to ensure that these tools have been acquired. It is understood that the time period may be extended upon mutual agreement. If there is a concern that an employee is neglecting to maintain all of their required tools, a Union Representative shall be consulted, if required, in an attempt to rectify the matter. Employees shall not take tools away from the Shops and shall be responsible for breakages or loss occasioned by their negligence.
Shop Tools. Shop equipment, service tools, parts and service manuals and literature set forth on EXHIBIT D ("Shop Tools").

Shop Tools. The purchase price for the Shop Tools, as set forth on Schedule I attached hereto, shall be $105,319.00.
Shop Tools. The purchase price for the Shop Tools, as set forth on EXHIBIT D attached hereto, shall be $81,881.
Shop Tools. The City agrees to continue the replacement or purchase of new required personal tools in accordance with the following procedures. Personal tools shall mean tools owned by an employee which are used by employees in the performance of his/her job duties. Requests for replacement or purchase of new required tools will be made by requisition requests to the Public Works Director. Requisition requests will include a description of the circumstances leading to the request. Nothing in this section will require or obligate the City to expend or commit to expend funds beyond that budgeted by the City for this purpose.
Shop Tools. All shop tools and equipment located at or used in connection with the Retail Operations on the Closing Date identified in SCHEDULE 2.01(g) of EXHIBIT A (Shop Tools);
Shop Tools. The Employer shall supply heavy equipment tools necessary for the shop. The shop employees are required to have all necessary basic hand tools. All employees who are Mechanics shall be entitled to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per year reimbursement for tools purchased by the employee which are necessary to perform the employee's job duties. The Employer shall reimburse up to Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) on every March 1st and an additional Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) on every September 1st, provided the tool was purchased within six (6) months and there are proper receipts. Mechanic Helpers are entitled to two (2) Three Hundred Seventy Five ($375.00) reimbursement on dates and restrictions as stated above.
