Shore Leave. Provided that a cruise is out of home port for longer than twenty-four (24) hours, crew members on duty shall accrue paid shore leave of two (2) hours: (1) for each day served (any portion of a 24-hour period where work is performed) aboard the ship at sea beginning with the date and time the ship leaves home port until its return to home port; or, (2) when the ship is docked or anchored in a port other than its home port.
