Shoreline Protection. Stabilization (Protection to water and sewer lines along St Xxxx River) (1 project): The current St Xxxx River banks are eroding, which are placing water and sewer lines at risk. The Project will repair and stabilize approximately 150 metres of shoreline to protect the existing water and sewer systems.
Shoreline Protection. Adequate protection of the shoreline through riprap and or armour stone must be provided as required to protect the structure and the shoreline.
Shoreline Protection. It is understood and agreed to by Developer that Shoreline Protection on the Lake Erie Shoreline that borders the property on the north, for approximately 1500 lineal feet from westerly property line to east will be installed and paid for by Developer. Within this 1500 feet will be a protected beach area and stairway leading to the beach from upper area picnic or gathering area accessible for use by each homeowner in the Lake Erie Shores Subdivision. The commencement of this project will be within twelve months from the earliest of the following: 1) issuance of 35 zoning and/or building permits for new construction on any of the property described herein, (hereafter “PUD”), 2) commencement of improvements in any other phase, 3) sale and/or transfer of 100 lots in the PUD. In the event the shoreline protection is not commenced within the time set forth above, no further building or zoning permits will be issued to anyone in the PUD, REGARDLESS OF CURRENT OWNERSHIP. The completion of the shoreline protection shall be no more than five months after the required commencement date. The Township Trustees may obtain an injunction from Lake County Common Pleas Court prohibiting Developer or its successors and assigns from further construction, sale or transfer of any property in the PUD if the developer, or its successors or assigns, fails to comply with the shoreline provision required herein.

  • Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.

  • Income Protection All workers will be covered by the extended Incolink Leisure Time Insurance and Income protection Scheme which provides defined weekly payments ($500 per week to workers with dependants, $400 per week to workers without dependants) for up to a maximum 104 weeks in the event of an extended work absence arising from any personal illness or injury (whether or not work related). The costs of this benefit will be shared between Incolink and the company on a 30/70 basis. Agreed premium costs will be: Incolink - $2.10 per week/worker Employer - $4.90 per week/worker It is a condition of the company’s agreement to provide this benefit that premium costs be maintained at not more than the February 1998 equivalent. In the event of premium costs escalating, the parties are agreed that the benefits table will be revised downwards so as to contain premium costs within the agreed limits. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee. In the event the company does not maintain the above policy, the company will be liable in full to pay equivalent benefits to an employee who meets eligibility criteria as set out in the policy document.
