Movements of short term debentures during for the three-month period ended March 31, 2023, were as follows : In Thousand Baht Consolidated/Separate Financial Statements 2023 Beginning balance 150,000 Add : Debenture issued during the period - Less : Repayment during the period - Total 150,000 Less : Amortisation of debentures issuing costs (213) Ending balance 149,787 On October 31, 2022, the Company had issued the short-term debenture No.1/2022 in type of bearer bond, unsubordinated, secured bond and holder, interest is payable one time at issued date, with the face value of Baht 1,000 per unit, in the amount of Baht 150 million, interest rate 5.50% per annum, with 6 month period maturity is May 2, 2023. As at March 31, 2023, the Group had guaranteed the saving deposits in the amount of Baht 150 million (the Company only : Baht 150 million) to secure for the letter of guarantee from bank and security for debenture that was in accordance with the terms and conditions regarding the rights and duties of debenture issuers and debenture holders.
Short term debentures. (a) In connection with any Cash Exercise of a Trust PIERS conversion right or Cash Exercise of a Warrant and delivery of a Like Amount of corresponding Debentures pursuant to Section 5(b) of Annex I to the Declaration or Section 3.02(c) of the Warrant Agreement, the Company shall deliver to the exercising holder Debentures with modified terms and conditions (as so modified, the "Short-Term Debentures").
