Short-Term Disability Plan definition

Short-Term Disability Plan means the short-term disability plan to be established by Xxxx Xxxxxxx pursuant to Section 2.2 and Article VI that corresponds to the BMS Short-Term Disability Plan.
Short-Term Disability Plan means when immediately preceded by “Pfizer,” the Pfizer Short-Term Disability policy or any similar legacy King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. plan or policy (or, where an employee works in a state that offers a statutory state short-term disability plan, then “Short-Term Disability Plan” refers to the alternative voluntary state disability plan offered under the Short-Term Disability Plan) and when immediately preceded by “Company,” means the short-term disability plan to be established by the Company pursuant to Section 3.2.
