Common use of Sick Leave and Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Annual Leave. If an employee is sick while on annual leave and provides the Company with a medical certificate on return to work from annual leave, the employee must be granted additional leave for a period equivalent to the period of sickness. The additional period of leave granted must be recorded as sick leave.
