Common use of Sick Leave Notification Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Notification. An employee shall make every effort to notify a supervisor at least one (1) hour prior to his/her scheduled work shift when ill.

Sick Leave Notification. An employee who is not on approved leave and unable to report to work shall make every effort contact their immediate supervisor, and the Communications Center to notify a supervisor them they are unable to report for work.
