Common use of Sick Leave Substitution Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Substitution. Sick leave may be substituted for vacation interrupted where it can be established by the Nurse to the satisfaction of the Employer that an illness or accident occurred prior to vacation and that illness or accident was such that the vacation of the Nurse was interrupted.

Sick Leave Substitution. Sick leave may be substituted for vacation interrupted interrupted, where it can be established by the Nurse Nurse, to the satisfaction of the Employer Employer, that an illness or accident occurred prior to vacation and that the illness or accident was such that the vacation of the Nurse was interrupted. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Nurse (except a Casual Nurse while in a Temporary Position).
