Common use of SICKNESS OF ARTIST Clause in Contracts

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. 1. In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER shall return the ARTIST to their own domicile and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. 1. In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 Article XXXVII of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT shall return the ARTIST to their own domicile his or her resident city and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their ARTIST's arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement ARTIST's contract shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. (1. ) In the event that the ARTIST Artist shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 Article I.33 of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER Company shall return the ARTIST Artist to their own domicile Resident city and shall provide the ARTIST Artist with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their Artist's arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement Artist's IAA shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. (1. ) In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 Section(36) of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER shall return the ARTIST to their his own domicile and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their his arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement ARTIST’s contract shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. (1. ) In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 36 of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER OPERA THEATRE shall return the ARTIST to their his own domicile and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by no less than the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their his arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement ARTIST's contract shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. 1. In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 Article XXXIX of this Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT shall return the ARTIST to their own domicile ARTIST’s resident city and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their ARTIST’s arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement ARTIST’s contract shall be due after departure because of such illness.

SICKNESS OF ARTIST. 124.3.1. In the event that the ARTIST shall continue to be unable to perform services after the sick leave Sick Leave period referred to in Paragraph 30 Article 28 of this Basic AgreementSection 1, the EMPLOYER MANAGEMENT shall return the ARTIST to their own domicile resident city and shall provide the ARTIST with return transportation by the same means as provided for the ARTIST upon their ARTIST’s arrival, and no further claim for payment under the Individual Artist Agreement ARTIST’s contract shall be due after departure because of such illness.
