Assistant Stage Managers. ‌‌ (A) The Assistant Stage Manager shall work under the direction of the Stage Manager, assisting the stage management of productions in rehearsal and performance. Assistant Stage Managers shall never be solely in charge of a performance or a production. (B) Delegation of Stage Management duties and/or authority to a person other than the Stage Manager shall necessitate the contracting of that person as an Assistant Stage Manager. (C) Assistant Stage Managers may not understudy or perform.
Assistant Stage Managers. When an Actor is asked to sign an Actor/ASM Contract, the Producer shall outline in writing responsibilities and requirements expected under such employment.

Assistant Stage Managers. (1) The minimum compensation of ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall be on a weekly basis, as follows: 3% 3% 2% Assistant Stage Manager 1-1-2022 1-1-2023 1-1-2024 Per Week $978.86 $1,008.23 $1,028.39 (2) ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS managing one production shall be engaged at least five (5) days prior to the date of the first Principal rehearsal of the production for which they are employed, which five (5) days shall be utilized for preparation only. ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS managing two (2) productions shall be engaged at least one (1) week (six (6) days and one Free Day) prior to the date of the first Principal rehearsal of the first production for which they are employed, which one (1) week shall be utilized for preparation only. (3) The hourly rate for ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall be the ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER’s weekly salary divided by forty (40). The overtime rate for ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall be one and one-half (1~) times the hourly rate (the ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER’s weekly salary divided by forty (40) times one and one-half (1~). The double time rate for ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall be twice the hourly rate (the ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER’s weekly salary divided by forty (40) times two (2)). Such compensation shall be computed in quarter (1/4) hour segments. (4) Service Provisions (i) A week shall consist of sixty (60) hours. In any week in which the sixty (60) hours is exceeded, the ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER shall be paid at the overtime rate for every hour beyond sixty (60) in the week. (ii) ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGERS shall not be required to work more than ten
Assistant Stage Managers. (1) An Assistant Stage Manager is the individual who is assigned to assist the Stage Manager(s) on a specific production or productions. An Assistant Stage Manager may not be assigned the primary responsibility for a production. No Actor already under contract may be assigned as Assistant Stage Manager in the same production. The first Assistant Stage Manager may not act. (2) In all Theatre categories, each required Assistant Stage Manager shall be engaged and receive contractual salary beginning at least two days prior to the first day of rehearsal for each production of the season unless already under contract. (3) A replacement Assistant Stage Manager may be engaged on a one-week contract, which may be pro-rated in sixths during rehearsal weeks and in eighths during performance weeks, provided the days of employment are consecutive. A full week’s Health contribution shall be paid when a replacement Assistant Stage Manager is engaged for four days or more or four performances or more, whichever occurs first. (4) The Assistant Stage Manager’s salary shall increase to the Stage Manager’s minimum for each performance or rehearsal in which the Stage Manager is absent and the Assistant Stage Manager is fulfilling the duties of the Stage Manager for that rehearsal or performance. (5) “A” Category. There shall be at least one first Assistant Stage Manager in each company, and in addition to the Stage Manager, each production must be assigned an Assistant Stage Manager who shall be responsible for and perform the Assistant Stage Managerial functions. If an “A” Theatre performs in Repertory, at least two first Assistant Stage Managers must be employed.
Assistant Stage Managers. Two (2) Assistant Stage Managers shall be engaged for a minimum of two (2) days within the four (4) days immediately prior to the commencement of the staging rehearsals. Free days during this four (4) day period shall be unpaid. No pre-production shall be required for a second Assistant Stage Manager. 3. A replacement Assistant Stage Manager may be engaged on a one-week contract, which may be pro-rated in sixths during rehearsal weeks and in eighths during performance weeks, provided the days of employment are consecutive. A full week’s Pension contribution shall be paid when a replacement Assistant Stage Manager is engaged for four days or more or four performances or more, whichever occurs first. 4. The Assistant Stage Manager’s salary shall increase to the Stage Manager’s minimum for each performance or rehearsal in which the Stage Manager is absent and the Assistant Stage Manager is fulfilling the duties of the Stage Manager for that rehearsal or performance. 5. Specific assignments shall be designated in the Individual Artist Agreement or by rider to the IAA, including the name of the production(s) and which Category the employment shall be for.
Assistant Stage Managers. All Assistant Stage Managers shall be engaged for no less than one (1) week prior to the first rehearsal for their first production unless the cast size is one (1), in which case the minimum engagement period shall be one (1) day prior to the first rehearsal. Where the Assistant Stage Manager is a resident in the Festival's point of origin, the preparation day(s) may be scheduled in consultation with the Stage Manager, and shall be mutually agreed upon. The Assistant Stage Manager shall be remunerated for the day(s) at the rate of one-sixth (1/6) of their Contractual Fee per day. In all other cases, the Assistant Stage Manager will be paid one-sixth (1/6) of their Contractual Fee per day, but may not be required by the Festival to report to the Festival sooner than the required number of day(s) prior to the beginning of rehearsal. It is recognized that to meet the particular needs of each venue and/or specific productions, the engagement period for Stage Management may exceed the minimums outlined above and will be considered prior to contracting.

  • Assistant Secretaries Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, Assistant Secretaries, if there are any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member, the President, any Vice President, if there are any appointed, or the Secretary, and in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his disability or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Secretary, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Secretary.

  • Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries The assistant treasurers and assistant secretaries shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the treasurer or the secretary, respectively, or by the chairman and chief executive officer, the president or the Management Committee.

  • Secretary and Assistant Secretaries The secretary shall record all proceedings of the shareholders and the Trustees in books to be kept therefor, which books shall be kept at the principal office of the Trust. In the absence of the secretary from any meeting of shareholders or Trustees, an assistant secretary, or if there be none or he or she is absent, a temporary clerk chosen at the meeting shall record the proceedings thereof in the aforesaid books.

Any Assistant Secretary shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.

  • Assistant Treasurers The Assistant Treasurers will, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.

  • Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser, sub-adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President. Any Assistant Treasurer shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.

  • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.

  • Secretaries The regular work year for secretaries will range from 200 days to 220 days exclusive of holidays, and each secretary will be assigned to one of the following work schedules. Distinction between Administrative Secretary and Office Secretary is used to determine length of work year.
