Signal. SIGNAL represents and warrants that it has the experience, capability and resources, including but not limited to sufficient qualified personnel, including its agents, consultants and/or academic collaborators, to perform the Research in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. SIGNAL agrees to perform and to have performed the Research in accordance with such terms and conditions and in conformity with generally accepted standards of good laboratory practice and with all applicable federal, state and local laws, guidelines, rules and regulations including without limitation the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and guidelines, rules and regulations promulgated by the FDA.
Signal. Any transmission of electromagnetic or optical energy which carries information from one location to another.
Signal. All PEG channel programming provided to a cable service provider for transmission must meet the federal National Television System Committee standards or the Advanced Television Systems Committee Standards. If a PEG channel programmer complies with these standards and the cable service provider cannot transmit the programming without altering the transmission signal, then the cable service provider must do one of the following:
(1) Alter the transmission signal to make it compatible with the technology or protocol the cable service provider uses to deliver its cable service.
(2) Provide to the county or city the equipment needed to alter the transmission signal to make it compatible with the technology or protocol the cable service provider uses to deliver its cable service. (2006-151, s. 1.)
Signal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Lease. Tenant shall have the absolute right to install such signage on the Premises as Tenant may deem necessary or appropriate, subject to appropriate governmental approvals with which Tenant shall comply at its sole expense. Landlord agrees to fully cooperate with Tenant at Tenant’s expense in filing any required signage application, permit and/or variance for said signage or with respect to the Premises generally.

b. A 9KX/45HX lock is typically capable of receiving a signal up to 400 feet away from a gateway or repeater.
c. A repeater is typically capable of receiving a signal up to 400 feet away from a gateway.
d. The distance of signal may vary depending upon building construction. Proper testing of all FOBs is recommended to ensure signals are being properly sent and received to the gateway and to understand the scope of where a lockdown can be initiated both inside and outside of a building.
e. Signals cannot be guaranteed at the exact time a lockdown is initiated. Frequent self tests are recommended to ensure proper performance of the system.
f. All wireless devices should be installed with consideration given to nearby metal objects. Performance could be impacted.
Signal. All signal circuit cables are to be rated class 2.
