Signatures Necessary. The Parties agrees that the signature of one Plaintiff is sufficient to constitute acceptance of this Agreement on behalf of the Class Members and the PAGA Employees (so long as such Plaintiff submitted either the November 15, 2006 or the January 5, 2007 notice to the LWDA). Any Plaintiff who does not execute this Agreement prior to final approval is not eligible for a Class Representative Payment and shall be treated solely as a Class Member.
