If you do not receive the record of payment within 4 weeks of paying the bond, contact the Consumer Protection Advice Line on 1300 30 40 54 to make sure it has been lodged correctly. The record of payment will also advise you of your Rental Bond Reference Number. • If you do not agree with the property condition report, xxxx your concerns on the report and return it to the lessor. The property condition report is an important piece of evidence. If you do not take the time to complete it accurately, money could be taken out of your bond to pay for damage that was already there when you moved in. • If you paid an option fee, it should be applied to your rent or returned to you. • The lessor cannot require you to pay more than 2 weeks rent in advance at any time during the tenancy agreement.   • Maintenance by the Manager Throughout the Term the Manager will inspect, maintain, repair and replace elements of the Residence in order to keep the Residence in a good condition and state of repair, complying with health, safety and fire standards required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, inspecting and testing fire safety equipment, major appliances, electrical, bathroom fixtures and plumbing.

  • Compensation for default by the Concessionaire Subject to the provisions of Clause 35.6, in the event of the Concessionaire being in material default or breach of this Agreement, it shall pay to the Authority by way of compensation, all direct costs suffered or incurred by the Authority as a consequence of such material default or breach, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the demand supported by necessary particulars thereof; provided that no compensation shall be payable under this Clause 35.1 for any material breach or default in respect of which Damages are expressly specified and payable under this Agreement.

  • CONTACTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES 15.1 Each Party shall update its own contact information and escalation list and shall provide such information to the other Party for purposes of inquiries regarding the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party shall accept all inquiries from the other Party and provide a timely response. CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. Information contained on the Website will include a single contact telephone number for CenturyLink’s CLEC Service Center (via an 800#) that CLEC may call for all ordering and status inquiries and other day-to-day inquiries at any time during the Business Day. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.
