Site Selection Services. (1) The Consultant shall complete the Report within ninety (90) calendar days of the date written on the work order issued by the Program Manager. The Consultant shall provide a detailed work schedule within seven (7) days following the issue of a Notice to Proceed. (2) The Program Manager will provide the Consultant copies of any available documents related to the Project in the possession of the Program Manager. All documents will be provided to the Consultant for use on the Project at the Consultant’s risk. (3) Provide all services as identified in Exhibit “A”. (4) Furnish the Program Manager five (5) copies of the draft Report for review. Incorporate all recommended changes prior to submittal of the final Report. (5) Furnish the Program Manager five (5) copies of the Report and one (1) electronic copy, in Adobe Acrobat format, on CD-ROM free of cost to the City. The cost of any additional copies of the Report as the Program Manager may require will be reimbursed at the net cost thereof. (6) The Report shall be recommended by the Consultant for formal approval by the MAPS 3 Convention Center subcommittee, MAPS 3 Citizens Advisory Board and the City Council. Microsoft PowerPoint presentations of the Report are required at the meetings.

Site Selection Services. The Licensor shall provide the Licensee with the Licensor’s experience in the selection of Sonic restaurant sites through the use of the forms, criteria and materials which the Licensor makes available to new licensees from time to time, as well as the benefit of its review and evaluation of any proposed sites selected by the Licensee.
Site Selection Services. The contractor shall assist Town staff in selecting a new site from which to launch. The scope will include no less than two meetings with staff, including site visits and recommendations on possible launch sites.

  • Consultation Services The company hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.
