Site-Specific Land Tenure Interventions. This Project Activity will ensure that both the Legal and Procedural Change and Communication Project Activity and the Institutional Development and Capacity Building Project Activity yield their intended benefits across municipalities and in targeted agricultural development zones. The Site-Specific Land Tenure Interventions Project Activity employs a cluster approach to project design, based around 15 clusters, each containing up to three to four municipalities. Specifically, MCC Funding will support: (i) participatory land use management planning in up to 47 rural municipalities, including training, mapping, operational costs, and necessary assistance by regional and provincial institutions; and (ii) clarifying and securing rights in developed zones, including in up to eight existing agricultural schemes subject to the phasing approach, in the new MCC-funded irrigation scheme, and associated with approximately 14,500 parcels in Ganzourgou province. MCC Funding also will support implementation of environmental and social mitigation measures as identified in the Environmental and Social Management Framework, or as otherwise may be appropriate, consistent with MCC Environmental Guidelines and OP 4.12. Certain of the activities enumerated in Sections 2(b)(i), (b)(ii), (c)(i) and (c)(ii) above will be subject to a phased approach. Unless MCC otherwise agrees, phase one includes years one and two of the Compact Term. Phase one will target 17 municipalities with a complete package of technical assistance and infrastructure construction, and also will include a set of up-front investments that are not municipality-specific. Phase two will include the balance of the Compact Term, and will target up to 30 additional municipalities for technical assistance and infrastructure as well as expand investment associated with the other sub-activities. MCC’s decision to initiate phase two investments is subject to satisfaction of: (A) the achievement of an economic rate of return target; (B) achievement of legal and policy change targets, including (1) passage of the rural land law, (2) passage of the implementing regulations for the rural land law,

  • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget. ii - Within the first week following execution of the Agreement, meet with the DISTRICT and its representatives to prepare a detailed task analysis and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated project schedule. iii - This task analysis and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: ♦ interviews, ♦ data collection ♦ analysis, ♦ report preparation, ♦ planning, ♦ Architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Also identified will be milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by the DISTRICT and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of deliverables. iv - Participate in a general Project kick-off meeting to include the ARCHITECT, appropriate sub-consultants, and DISTRICT staff. v - The project kick-off meeting will introduce key team members from the DISTRICT and the ARCHITECT to each other, defining roles and responsibilities relative to the Project. vi - Identify and review pertinent information and/or documentation necessary from the DISTRICT for the completion of the Project. vii - Review and explain the overall project goals, general approach, tasks, work plan and procedures and deliverable products of the Project. viii - Review and explain the task analysis and Project work plan for all parties present; determine any adjustments or fine tuning that needs to be made to the work plan. ix - Review documentation of the Project kick-off meeting prepared by the DISTRICT’S representative and comment prior to distribution. x - Base Drawings and Site Survey Information

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Improvement Plans A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.

  • Demolition work (a) As of 1 October 2020 where Employees are directly performing demolition works that would require a demolition permit that allows the performance of such work, they will receive the amount of $8.35 per hour or the site allowance, whichever is the greater. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. (b) As of 1 October 2020 where Employees are employed in connection with, and on work, with employees of demolition contractors (ie. working within the demolition zone and/or subject to the additional disabilities arising from that demolition), they will receive the amount of $7.50 per hour or the site allowance, whichever is the greater. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix .

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.
