Snow Emergencies. (1) No rehearsals or performances shall be held when the City of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Sheriff, or the municipality or sheriff in the ARTIST’s town of residence has declared a Level 3 Snow Emergency. (2) If the City of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Sheriff, or the municipality or sheriff in the ARTIST’s town of residence has declared a Level 2 Snow Emergency by 8:30 a.m., the ARTIST shall not be required to attend rehearsal. (3) If a previously declared Level 2 Snow Emergency is reduced to Level 1 by 12:10 p.m., class will be scheduled at 1:10 p.m. and rehearsal will be scheduled at 2:45 p.m. In any event, the rehearsal day shall not be extended beyond the times posted in the schedule. (4) If a Level 2 Snow Emergency is declared after ARTISTS have reported, all rehearsals will be cancelled, and all ARTISTS will be sent home.

Snow Emergencies. 5.2.1 During ice or snow emergencies, towers in Districts 2, 4, 5 and 8 operate under special procedures for Incident Response Tow Requests in the following critical areas of concern:

  • Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.

  • Law Enforcement Emergencies If a Party receives a request from a law enforcement agency to implement at its switch a temporary number change, temporary disconnect, or one-way denial of outbound calls for an end user of the other Party, the receiving Party will comply so long as it is a valid emergency request.
