Snow Emergencies. (1) No rehearsals or performances shall be held when the City of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Sheriff, or the municipality or sheriff in the ARTIST’s town of residence has declared a Level 3 Snow Emergency.
(2) If the City of Cincinnati, the Hamilton County Sheriff, or the municipality or sheriff in the ARTIST’s town of residence has declared a Level 2 Snow Emergency by 8:30 a.m., the ARTIST shall not be required to attend rehearsal.
(3) If a previously declared Level 2 Snow Emergency is reduced to Level 1 by 12:10 p.m., class will be scheduled at 1:10 p.m. and rehearsal will be scheduled at 2:45 p.m. In any event, the rehearsal day shall not be extended beyond the times posted in the schedule.
(4) If a Level 2 Snow Emergency is declared after ARTISTS have reported, all rehearsals will be cancelled, and all ARTISTS will be sent home.
Snow Emergencies. 5.2.1 During ice or snow emergencies, towers in Districts 2, 4, 5 and 8 operate under special procedures for Incident Response Tow Requests in the following critical areas of concern:
Snow Emergencies. In the event of an emergency closing of the district for snow, or other conditions beyond the school district's control, members of this unit shall be entitled to such time as paid tune off. Should the district recall members of this unit on such days, those employees shall be remunerated for such time at their regular daily rate.
Snow Emergencies. The parties will work together in the event of a snow emergency to enable to move Car-Sharing Vehicles and to permit plowing of Spaces once _ Car-Sharing Vehicles are removed from _ Spaces. PABC will work with to facilitate discussions with Baltimore Department of Transportation on collaborating to minimize the effect of snow emergencies on the Baltimore Service.
