SOCIÉTÉ. GÉNÉRALE as dollar swingline agent (the “Dollar Swingline Agent”); and
SOCIÉTÉ. GÉNÉRALE as facility agent (in this capacity the Facility Agent); and
SOCIÉTÉ. 6.9.1 The Société is a voting member of the Nomination Board and of the Stewardship Board.
SOCIÉTÉ. GÉNÉRALE in its capacity as Facility Agent under the senior credit agreement (the Credit Agreement) dated · 200· and made between, among others, the Parent and the Facility Agent. IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
