Software and Hardware Maintenance. You are also responsible for ensuring that your equipment is suitable for connecting to the VJEFS and that it has the minimum system and software requirements to use and operate the VJEFS. In the event Pegasus personnel have not been involved in the development of such new release nor has Pegasus paid for all or part of the development of such new release, then if the release is made generally available to Anasazi's customers, the new release shall be made available to Pegasus for a fee comparable to the fee generally charged to Anasazi's other customers. Anasazi will consider changes to the Anasazi Commercial Software as recommended or requested by Pegasus for the purposes of enhancing performance and expanding the functionality of the Anasazi Commercial Software.   • Software Upgrades All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.

  • Care and Maintenance The Real Estate shall be preserved in its present condition and delivered intact at the time of closing.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.
