Data Processing Agreement • This part of the contract regulates personal data entered by you and other users into your Meisterplan system. • You determine which data we process by entering this data into your Meisterplan system. • Our data protection officer is available to help you. His contact details are located at xxxxx://xxxxxxx- xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx/. • Subprocessors process personal data in encrypted form and to a limited, clearly defined extent. They are listed at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/subprocessors/. Additional subprocessors may be contracted at any time and are selected according to strict guidelines. Before a new subprocessor processes your personal application data, we will inform you via email with enough time to allow you to object to the outsourcing due to significant data privacy reasons. • Our technical and organizational measures (see Appendix 1) describe our physical and process-re- lated security precautions. They are there to protect your data and may be modified at any time. • The deletion of your MP data is completed automatically 30 days after the end of the contract. • Liability is governed by the law (Art. 82 GDPR). Customer and Kronos agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this Section B shall apply to the Kronos supply of the commercially available version of the Workforce Ready® SaaS Applications in Kronos’ hosting environment, the services related thereto, and the sale or rental of Equipment (if any) specified on a Kronos Order Form. The Applications described on the Order Form shall be delivered by means of Customer’s permitted access to the Kronos infrastructure hosting such Applications.
